Return Window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

• Unopened, unused products in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund.

• Opened or used products are reviewed case-by-case — please contact us with photos and details, and we’ll let you know if it qualifies (e.g. product arrived damaged, defective, or an allergic reaction occurred).

Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit, defective product), we’ll cover return shipping.

• If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

Email us at help@aneaseraycosmetic.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 24 business hours with next steps.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return.
